Our Construction Services

Tutka, LLC is a vertically integrated company that performs work with pride in craftsmanship, even if it cost us more money. We strive for perfection and foresee the end product during the design and planning stages of each job. With a highly technical staff of Civil Engineers, Construction Managers, Quality Control Specialists, Site Superintendents, and top notch grade checkers, equipment operators and craft laborers, we are up for nearly any challenge. Often we consult with clients during the design and procurement phases of a job to ensure efficient use of local resources and materials. We have an entire equipment fleet that includes, but not limited to: excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, skid-steers, dump trucks, trailers, ATVs, work trucks, plow trucks, box vans, tool sheds, mobile tool units, large capacity fuel tanks (for remote jobs), self-contained remote camp housing, and top of the line survey equipment. One of our strengths as a General Contractor is our ability to manage subcontractors. We only select subs that share our philosophy: “quality work, on time and within budget.” We are fair on bid day and ensure they stick to their promises. Items that we often sub are as follows: paving, electrical, trucking, traffic control signs, surveying and landscaping. We have a rigorous subcontracting mechanism in place that ensures our subcontractors have the appropriate insurance, bonding and expertise to work on our projects. If you would like to be part of our team and included on our sub-bidders list please email john@tutkallc.com
