Meet Mr. Kyle Johnson, a dedicated Environmental Scientist at Tutka, LLC, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Holding a B.S. in Environmental Science from Bemidji State University, he is committed to positively impacting the environment and shaping sustainable solutions.

With four years of experience as a Storm Water Pollution Plan (SWPPP) preparer for projects across Alaska, Mr. Johnson is well-versed in ensuring environmental compliance and safeguarding natural resources. His professional education has encompassed various topics, including developing Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), microbial interaction in biofilm environments, wastewater treatment technology, evaluative Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), and lab analysis of water sources following EPA standard methods.

Mr. Johnson’s expertise extends to various aspects of EPA and ADEC standards, enabling him to handle the collection and analysis of solid and hazardous waste, water, and other media. He actively participates in a diverse range of environmental response, assessment, characterization, and restoration projects, collaborating with esteemed clients such as the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, Native Village of Tanacross, Matanuska Borough, Chenega IRA Council, and several others throughout the State of Alaska.
