He is also responsible for the daily recordkeeping on jobs, establishing and maintaining project budgets, and preparing pay estimates.

Croft’s expertise extends to reviewing plans and specifications, bidding on jobs, and overseeing the quality assurance, quality control, and health and safety aspects of projects. His commitment to maintaining rigorous environmental and safety standards is evident in his daily management of SWPPP, TCS, and RMS forms.

With a schedule that adjusts seasonally—working 6-10 hours in the summer and 5-8 in the winter—Croft’s dedication ensures that Tutka LLC continues to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects that resonate with the company’s ethos of innovation and excellence.
